Braida Wine Dinner

Braida is a family-owned winery near the town Asti in Italy’s northwestern region of Piemonte. Starting in the 1960’s, Giacomo Bologna began working tirelessly to put the Barbera grape varietal on the map and to this day he is owed much of the credit for the recognition and fame Barbera has achieved.

Today, Giacomo’s children, Giuseppe and Raffaela, run the winery along with Raffaela’s husband, Norbert. We are excited and honored to have Norbert join us as we taste through five wines, including three Barberas.

On Thursday, October 25th, Chef Carl Foronda will prepare the following 4 course meal to pair with the wines.
